Alderaan kill achievements bugged

As the title says, you are not getting proper credit for the Alderaan achievements: "Devastating House Organa" "Devastating House Ulgo" "Devastating House Thul" "Broken Rist" It seems only the silver elites across the planet give credit for the achievement. The other hundreds of NPCs around them won't count. Not sure if this is intentional or not. Seems wrong.
