I was wondering would there ever be a patch or whatever where you could add your friends by either email or account name even when they are offline kinda like how WOW has their Real ID add a friend thing so we could see whne our friends are online on every server instead of having to add each toon for said friends on every toon we have

Together with a "refuse friend-status request" button and a "remove myself from his friend list" button for the friended person, otherwise it's a stalker's charter.
