Colicoid War Games has broken reward chests after boss 1 (the gun turrets battle) and boss 2. Basically the reward chests spawn, and cannot be opened. You interact with them and nothing happens.

This flashpoint seems to be considered abandoned content by the devs and is not updated anymore due to a myriad of bugs and exploits plaguing it because of its unique mechanics, hence the removal from group finder. Don't hold your breath that they will fix it unless they decide to rework it from the ground up. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=939661
