I have been playing stwor for about 2 years total now and I have never had this problem before. your game keeps crashing. I just got a membership and I can't even *********** play the gosh darn without the servers *********** crashing either fix your game or give me *********** money back. I am a serious star wars fan and this is really pissing me off. Ps. don't give me that ******** excuse that it is out of your control. As the makers and developers of this game you are responsible for keeping your game active and WORKING. So please fix the damn issue or just give me my money back.

The issue you describe is most likely on your end, as I have yet to see anyone else experience a similar issue at this very moment. On top of that, I have had the issue before as well and it most definitely was on my end, not Bioware's.

What I would advise you to do is to run a repair of the Launcher first. If this won't work, I would try logging in into the game a few times in a row. The issue I sometimes have is that the game will crash during the first loading screen into character select. If that's where you experience the issue, simply keep logging in and it will eventually fix itself on the second or third try.

If none of this helps, then I'd advise you to reinstall the game. It's not fun to reinstall, but most of the time that will solve any issues regarding crashes. As I am 95% certain that the problem you're experiencing is on your end, not on Bioware's. Try the solutions I have proposed first before you point the blaming finger at Bioware.

P.s. I get that you're frustrated, but profanity will not get you anywhere. All it will get you is a warning and having this thread deleted. If you want people to help you, avoid using profanity the way you do in this thread.

it's funny how he uses profanity, then switches to gosh darn....lol....unless he didn't use the words, but just used the '*' a few times...lol

As for the game crashing, chances are it's an issue with your device, do as the above poster says, but also check all drivers, etc, as most people with these issues, are usually advised to check them.
You know you can't fix an idiot, turns out you can't quarantine them either!!!

As for the game crashing, chances are it's an issue with your laptop, do as the abov poster says, but also check all drivers, etc, as most people with these issues, are usually advised to check them.
Oh yes, of course! Checking if drivers are up to date is important too. My crashes generally occur when Nvidia showed the pop up there is a new update available but I forgot about it until stuff gets a little wonky. Generally after updating everything, all runs smoothly again

Thank you for the information. I appreciate the help I will try those methods. Also I have high end gaming wifi and I am using a brand new $3000 gaming laptop so I highly doubt it is a problem with my wifi or my laptop. But I will try to see if your suggested actions fix the issue. Also in regards to the other person yes I was cussing and my laptop has auto correct so it turned gosh darn into gosh darn. And the only reason I was c cussing is because I have been having this problem for 2 weeks now trying to figure out what is happening to my game but aside from that on a positive note thank your for your suggested actions as well

Well, even the best hardware can have a small bump sometimes my own PC isn't too shabby either, if I do say so myself, and even then there's a hiccup sometimes. Especially the loading screen crash, that happens at times so randomly that I can't think of a clear cause for it.

Let us know whether anything that we have suggested here has worked to solve you issue!

New hardware typically has lots of new driver updates, so it could easily be a driver issue.

OP, are you overclocking your processor at all? I can't overclock during SWTOR gameplay because I crash or have weird lag issues.
