How comes BIOWARE didnít make Force Crush resembling KOTOR 2 lifting Force Crush?

Just a question as I never seemed to understand.

Iím a sucker for a cool animation and KOTOR 2 really did capture what I imagined Force Crush would be when I first heard of it as much as I hear some say that the cooler animations were tied to activation abilities and of course this wouldnít work in a Warriors rotation but I canít see why as a instant ability you couldnít have a short animation similar to that of the new Ravage?
