brought subscription but in game is still unactivated and says free to play

purchased my subscription 4 days ago.

website says im activated.

but in game still say free to play.

rebooted my client and computer multiple times.

contacted EA because SWTOR support says this

"All Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ support is now located at EA Help. Please visit help.ea.com for assistance."

and this is what the operator responded with..

 

"Deepak

Well, even I am googling it as we no longer support SWTOR"

 

any help please would be greatly appreciated

You could open an ingame ticket, but when account data is involved they'll tell you to contact them by phone.

yes it does? It's the first topic on the page you linked to.

 

Others have said that they get 404 errors with the page. But it works fine for me.

Call them OP.

My husband has the same issues every time we cancel his subscription or resubscribe.

It has something to do with account syncing. He's went to the highest Tier Customer service before with this. They were even baffled with it. But they can at least sync it via the phone & you can log in & play. :)
