I have Googled extensively, but it's very hard to find information on the prerequisites/requirements to pick up the story quests for Flashpoints. For example, Trouble in the Tion Hegemony. I picked this up on my level 70 sniper the other day, but my husband can not pick it up on his level 70 sorcerer. Understand we're returning to the game after a two-year hiatus. So it's very hard to remember what we have and haven't played on which toons. But he's nearly positive he never played that quest line.

Is there any way at all to know why we can't talk to the quest givers? I was also unable to pick up the story quest for Directive 7. And I'm pretty sure I haven't played that before on this toon.
