Instead, go back and (without an interfering patch!) replay chapters III to VIII (use the Shift+E panel) and flirt like a mad thing. Do every Lana-flirt you can, just like you did when you first went through the chapters(1). This rewrites your romance flags, and it's been claimed that this will give you the flirt option in the Cantina. (1) You did do that, didn't you?
