Is this a bug or another silent nerf?

It's not a nerf, it's a fix. They have always said right on the item where they are supposed to drop from. There is no reason for a top-tier crafting item to drop from an easy place like Veteran Flashpoints.

It is very interesting, why it is almost always stealth? Now it makes no sense to gearing alts, because it will take too much time and credits.

Fixes are when they take out things that made the game go wrong.
Removing Refining Isotope Stabilizers from TFPs (in two stages, I might add) is very much a nerf.

And both times silently, without any warning or some kind of discussion. At least it's not fair. To say that our opinion is important and silently nerfing.

Oh they're adding it to the notes now. Now people have noticed that is.

"Oh we accidentally on purposely forgot to mention this bit, we'll add it now."

Prices are going to be ridiculous now.

It sounds like a dig. "We silently changed something. Okay, now you know", they said. Thank you, guys, but we already noticed. More than a month ago, when you completely (and "accidentally" of course) ignored our questions.
