themachinemann Posted July 12, 2017 Share Posted July 12, 2017 (edited) given the heat cost of the move it's not spammable like other aoe's but it is a very beneficial addition to the rotation when there's more than 1 target. it's also pretty fun to try parsing AP and keeping maximum uptime on deadly onslaught. good change! but srs the decrease was probably meant it to be proportional and they forgot to change it. Except that the first thought of anyone with an IQ > 110 who plays more than one spec of PT, when seeing that patch note, was "but what about the AP talent that reduces the cooldown? And thus l wanna remind 3-rd time in a row - check values of Oil Gas & Riot Slick, oops l mean opposite, because l tested & checked Riot Gas still gives -30% accuracy reduction, while it noted as 15%, and Oil Slick does likely correct thing. But if RG gets weakened - it should receive something for exchange lMO, as it's pretty weak for DCD, which's it supposed to be.
