It's working again, thanks. That Twitter post was helpful, confirming you were aware and working on it. That's pretty much all we ask as customers is someone acknowledge the problem and let us know they're working on it. Even a "Hey guys, we're researching the root cause, no ETA yet." is helpful, so people realize it's not their PC, router, ISP, their ISP's peering point, etc, when their kids are upset because they were in the middle of a 1 hour operation and couldn't reconnect.
