Tried calling the US number but was told the queue was over 1 hour. I guess it's a number used for all EA products? The one found here http://www.swtor.com/support/helpcen...0#contact-form

Very frustrating. I've tried multiple times for the last 20 minutes or so and I get the error message about the login service being unavailable.
