Well, after reading the new developer blog about Core World Changes (here), I'm concerned about the dialogs of the Heroic Missions in KoTFE. In this blog, Brian Audette explains that we can pick the quest from the NPC or the mission terminal, but: "Barring a few special exceptions, Heroic Missions no longer need to be turned in at an NPC or Mission Dropbox. On completion of the final step of a Heroic Mission, the Mission completion dialog will appear immediately in the field. " So, does it means that the finish dialog of the quest with the NPC is gone? I don't think that removing content is a good decision at all, at least give us a choice if we want to finish the quest quickly, or we want to listen the finish dialog.

I agree 100% on this, it needs to be put back the way it was, and have an optional method of turning it it. You could add a mission button on the tracker once the quest is complete to remote turn in for those who want it done quickly.
