No, I'm arguing your insults based on your insults. I can't argue your "observations" on the last few planets. However, I've got a sneaky suspicion that by the time I "finish" I won't agree with you any more than I do now. We'll see.

I've got about 5-6 people I know in real life who are telling me I'll have a lot of fun in these last 5 levels, so you'll forgive me if I choose to pay more attention to them, than I do to Random Internet Poster #1billion who can't even formulate an argument without insulting thousands of people he doesn't even know.

& yes, there's a term for what I did: it's called "being honest" with one's disputants. If you have an issue with honesty, that's your business, not mine.

To think that they should make decisions based on what they believe is fun vs. data, trends, focus groups, etc. shows me that you are thinking with emotion rather than your head. Nothing wrong with that, this game is your fun. But for BW it's their business.

If you can't argue with my main argument, then please don't. Otherwise you end up in a situation where you start arguing yourself by dreaming up " insults" I've never really made and then getting all excited out of those. Right. We just paid for it. In that... we paid for it nearly 7 months ago, and the next expansion is coming in 4 more months.

Many people might but I'm not convinced you do. You haven't posted any details about the NGE or made any real comparisons with it vs the current SWTOR expansion situation other than you don't know anything.

Here's what we know:
1) They aren't removing classes.
2) They aren't redesigning classes. They've mentioned everyone will get something like 1 or 2 new abilities the same as with past level increases.
3) They aren't rewriting combat. There may be enhancements/changes that mix things up but nothing cosmically different.
4) Most content is going to be the same as it is now. Companions will get mixed up for level 60s who sub. Old fps/raids are going up to 60.
5) Every expac in this game and several large patches have posters like you trolling with NGE proclamations and otherwise no clue. Google "swtor nge 3.0", "swtor nge 2.0", "swtor nge"...
6) This game is in need of a real expansion and I welcome it. A lot of people that are screaming for a new engine (not me - I would like a SWTOR 2.0 that isn't built around consoles but a patched new engine here would be insane) are also asking for an NGE but they don't know it. But who knows, maybe BW would get an NGE sized rewrite right?

More than you know. One of the developers behind it committed suicide afterwards. Not even a bad joke.

This is why I cringe every time someone compares something to the NGE. They clearly have NO idea.

Also, it's not going to be anything like the NGE! Where do people think of this stuff?
