Let's wait and see.
The core gameplay highlight for SOR was Disciplines. The expansion details so far contain nothing on that scale or even mention of content for existing things.

Well when SoR was actually announced, they highlighted the fact that there would be new flashpoints and operations but nothing that was in that leaked stuff mentions anything. Which just makes me hopeful that it isnt everything they were going to release. There are a few images we cant see, even though we know from the leaked stuff they are there. And I imagine we are going to get a lot more detail when they discuss it all tomorrow. This has just made me excited to watch the press release tomorrow.

We haven't seen a new PvP map in over a year, the 3.3 changes are just tweaked values on a vendor and the AoE changes play really poorly.
Last raid tier was released early December and Monolith is a joke of a boss with RNG loot to artificially extend the time that people do it. No new content announced and no NiM.

As much as I like story I like raiding and PvPing much much more.
Agreed. Launching inumerous PvE expansions, will surely deteriorate the main story, which in SWTOR, is simply fantastic. It was made with so much care, to see it broken.

Focus on PvP, and the game can live much more.
They decided to do this game an MMO. They decided not make another KOTOR. So now, it would be respectful not to take PvP out of the game.

Keep up the good work BW. This game is for those who love the great stories you tell.
I agree.

Oh look, another "the game is doomed, DOOMED I say" topic.

Thanks for filling in the weekly quota. Be sure to show up next week posting much of the same.

Actually,

http://www.swtor.com/info/news/press-release/20141006

SOR's press release doesn't mention anything about disciplines but they were announced in a blog post. and if you take a look at ROTHC's press release, they didn't say nothing about new operations or flashpoints. but we got Scum and villainy and the 55 hard modes.

All I'm saying don't take a press release as the whole expansion details.
