Is there a way to parse all the information during a flashpoint? Or, is it for people to join a raid group, share all the log information, and have it displayed on the interfaces.

I'll admit, I'm more used to how the combat loggers in WoW work.
You can parse, but you'll have only your stats. You can't see others unless you're in the same raid group.

I have a question though. What's the difference between raw healing and raid healing in the overlay settings ?

You are correct - unfortunatelly such is a limitation of SWTOR combat logging - everyone can access only their own data, unless they are raiding in StarParse.

Total (raw) healing = total healing output (including shielding)
Effective healing = total healing minus possible overheal (i.e. the actual amount of restored hitpoints/shielded damage)

The "Raid healing" overlay displays the "Effective healing" by default, but it can be switched to the "Raw healing" mode (in Settings or via the "M" button) displaying "Total (raw) healing" instead.

Thanks for the answer. Now my guild noticed a difference between the amount of heal in the raid healing tab and the personnal tab of each healer. Where does that come from ?

The tab contains a breakdown for healing, effective healing and shielding (blue number), while the overlays display offective healing and shielding combined.
