Now I can't get the mission anymore. Also filed a ticket and they said this:

I would like to confirm that once you have abandoned a planetary story arc mission your character is locked out from accepting this mission on the planet again. This is an intended game mechanic, however any missions that are repeatable or have any repeatable parts within the mission chain can be accepted again from the original mission giver.

 

However, you may be able to accept this mission again by having a player who is on the same exact mission step share the mission with you. That way you should be able to continue your planetary mission.

So, does anyone happen to have it to share it with me?

I'm on Bastion. I really don't want to start over.

I'm on Bastion. I really don't want to start over.

Don't have to start over, but finding somebody who's on it could take a while. Best bet is to spam general chat on Tatooine and hang out around the instance entrance to the quest giver waiting for somebody to come by. I've gotten missions this way in the past.
