Utilities are not the reason hatred is over performing. Most of their utilities are fine. The only absolutely stupid one is dark stability. Even without that they would be severely over performing.

You obviously have an extreme bias for sins or do not know how to play them well if you think the utilities are what is making them over perform. They help sure, but they help every class. They would still be over performing without stuff like dark stability. Any reasonable person can see that.

Utilities is not why hatred is op it is the bloody damage the spec does with there dots it is the same with sorc dot spec. BW over tuned the hell out of dots by making the hit the way the do and making all classes unable to remove said dots. All other arguments are invalid and have nothing to do with utilities. I can spec and run without any utilities as hatred and still be OP as all hell try it your self for crying out load. Half the time you don't use any utilities when you have pocket heals backing you up.
