Can't click play (transfered my files to a new harddrive)

And now I can't click play. I also can't 'fix' the instalation cause it says I need to 'finish patching before I can fix it' I played earlier today on an old hardrive which is now formatted, so I can't play on that HD for the short term.. Also, my PC doesn't have a DVD drive.. lol! How can I fix this?

You need to move the folder to a temp location.... run the installer, set path to where you want the game. When it asks to launch now, choose no option, uncheck, w/e.....then drag and overwrite the folder the installer made, run the repair....
