LF commited ppl for weekly ops

"Hi guys, I'm looking to gather a team to do operations. my guild is Dysfunction. I need commited people so we can do this at least twice a week. We can start doing sm operations at the start and grow from there. Pm me if interested."
I'm starting to post this at the game, while i play.

I wouldn't mind if you are just starting, i'm very patient and i can teach you, if you need help.
We use TS3 for the ops. (at least for you to listen)
We are a casual, fun guild. We have a guild ship and knowledgeable people willing to help out.
The idea is to start a team that can do the operations every tuesday and thursday around 8pm est. But we can handle the time depending on the consensus.

p.s.: atm I got two guildies that always show up for the time and date. one is dps(marauder) and the other has different toons (mainly healers). I got all the different needs, depending of the situation.
