I've been sleep deprived for a couple months with a new born baby and haven't confused those two.

P.s. that other thread is impressive since it didn't seem to really derail. 75 pages of the same arguments over and over. Granted i only read about every 5th or 10th page after the first few.

This is pretty ridiculous.

The ONLY way to get "cents" or a fraction of a credit on the GTN is to list a stack of items for a price that divides into fractions.

People aren't listing things for fractions of a credit, they are listing a stack at a fixed whole price.

The blame for "mistaking" a comma for a period is solely on the OP. Since you can sort the GTN by price per item as well as overall price, you shouldn't be making this mistake. And since it is up to you to pay attention to what you are doing, anything you do in regards to purchasing on the GTN is entirely up to the buyer. If you can't GTN properly, nothing EA/BW does will fix that.
"50 Grades of Shae", a heart-warming novel about a Mandalorian that delivers beat-downs and assigns grades to her victims.

Once again, the OP is not saying it happened to him, is not blaming Bioware for anything, and is not suggesting the buyer should not have to pay attention. In fact he advises people to do exactly what you are saying.

He's also making a perfectly reasonable suggestion to remove the decimal values from the per unit value displayed on the GTN. (So, for example, a stack of 3 items at 1000 credits would display 333 or 334 per unit instead of the current 333.33/333.34 per unit.)

His suggestion would clear up some confusion, and make the display cleaner and easier to read for everyone, including those who do pay attention. I think it's a good idea.

That's because it's Star Wars. You need to give credit, not talk cents.

So you're advocating non-cents - right? I can agree with that...and I'll even give you credit for the idea

Every online game I have been on has scammers. You just deal with it. What I think of them would make a Marine D.I. blush. Oh well.

Or just always show the fractional credits in the price-per-unit column (i.e., add '.00' when it's a whole number). Then the column will always line up properly *and* be accurate to the hundreths place to which we are already accustomed.
