I think it should be noted that cathar and the new customization stuff (appearance changer, dyes, etc) didn't actually launch until 2.1, almost a month after 2.0 came out. Not trying to make a statement, just an observation that Cathar and customization weren't technically included with RotHC. I myself at this point am very skeptical and do not expect anything more than what the devs have told us is coming, and I fully expect that to be overhyped as well. My apologies if this was nonsensical or has poor grammar or spelling, I'm typing with my phone.

The current modus operendi of BioWare seems to be complete silence until a feature is more-or-less complete, followed by an announcement a month or two in advance, if that. It's a policy that benefits the community managers, not the community.
