Random crash to infinite loading screen.

I reinstalled the game and that solved the issue for a little while, but it reared its ugly head again, last night.

Yes, I'm aware of the Specs. But I live in Germany and 2,4ghz is the default here. 5ghz is still unusual, but is about to change with more Popularity of ac.

So... my Findings are true for 2,4ghz. And as I Reported earlier, everything was Fine between the tplink and swtor. Out of nothing since oct 22nd - lagspikes, unplayable, loadingscreen freeze.

I Would say that's enough Proof that they Messed something up in the Last update.

Nope it isn't, do a clean install of the tplink drivers in the first instance, if you open a command prompt as administrator and ping the modem with say ping -t 192.168.1.1 does it start to time out when swtor plays up ?

if it does the issue is on the wireless side plain and simple game is just bringing it out , why not sure at this point.

Your changing hardware to rectify the issue apart from that, all that is changing is the wireless adapter driver in your setup

I'm back in the random disconnects (low bars, no bars, small red x, large red X, dropped to never ending loading screen). It's been going on for a while, more frequently since the last patch. This morning, I spent over two hours experiencing this problem to the point where I couldn't stay in game long enough to do missions. Happened on a variety of characters, at a variety of locations. Sometimes while engaging mobs, sometimes while standing still in a Stronghold. I'm just posting this to note that it's happening again. I've done all the recommended SWTOR suggestions. When it happened before, I spent hours on the phone with SWTOR tech, and with my ISP. Both saying it wasn't them, or my computer. Very frustrating.

Here, some of my past posts about the problem. Same thing happening. Sometimes I can stay in game for a few hours. This morning, I can't stay in game more than a few minutes. No issues with staying connected to the Internet, nor with accessing any other web sites. Problem is only with SWTOR.

Just randomly started to get this today, it loads to roughly halfway, it shows it spinning in bottom corner still, but it never loads, i restart the game, play for upto 5 minutes then it randomly goes to an infinite loading screen.

Same here.....never had this problem before once in 3 years of playing this game. Game worked fine last night and this morning. Then, suddenly this afternoon, I started getting this problem out of nowhere. Server lag spikes to over 12,000 ms and I get booted out to a loading screen which has the wheel of death. Internet is working fine and my server lag is only about 21-22 ms in between these weird lag spikes.

So from what Iv read this seems like very bad. I too have got this one So for the people who did get this does it never go away? I dunno it seems like this has been happening since August I just got the expansion now i cant play the guys I was leveling....

Just started happening to me today. Happened twice within an hour before I gave up. Both times I was on Taris on my trooper in the main world, not an instance, I don't know if that matters, but there I was. Hope there's a fix soon!

It's never gotten better for me. Since this started happening I haven't been able to stay online more than ten minutes, max, and usually a lot less. The game is unplayable for me and I've tried everything. And, per usual, EA/BW is about as helpful as a bicycle to a fish. They've given NO response whatsoever since this thread started in early August. Might as well be asking a brick wall for help for all the response we've gotten.

Logged in just now hoping that this problem was just a one-time thing last night but didn't get more than about 10 minutes into playing and it happened again. I got some ridiculous automated response from CS which lists a bunch of random technical issue solutions that have absolutely nothing to do with this problem. I was going to pre-order the Revan expansion tonight as that is the deadline to get the early access to the expansion but I may hold off now. If they don't fix this issue, then the game is unplayable for me.
