So, my character, in all of the conversations, has that more hollow / metallic sound like he is participating in the conversation through a holocall, even though it isn't one. I've tried joining a group to participate in a holocall and various things to see if it could get set to not do that, but no luck. Anyone else experience this or know of a way to fix it?

Do you have some sort of special mask or equipment item causing this?
"My enemies are those whom I make. Not those who others say they are.
Some consider me a dark Jedi whilst to others a mercenary.
Yet I am no slave to a code nor to an ideal. My will is forever free."

- Azure Prower, executive of the Ebon Fox corporation.

This. Most facial masks/helmets/headsets modify the voice of your character. To disable this, you need to go to your preferences and hide your helmet.

Is the rest of your sound working perfectly? Have you checked to see if the speaker jack is plugged in fully?

Yup, sound is working, voices on all my other characters are fine. Just this one is stuck in permanent holocall sound.

And when I say it sounds like a holocall, it sounds exactly like it. So, the his voice is being put through the same filter or whatever it is they use for doing it like it the game thinks it is a holocall when it isn't. It used to work fine, then after some mission, it just switched.
