And yes it is in the millions of credits.

If you follow this link: http://www.swtor.com/galactic-strongholds you can still see the entry on the left which mentions the Nar Shaddaa Sky Palace with a credit value of 250,000 credits. It's when the other rooms are unlocked that the price cumulatively ends up in the millions.

Fun part is that while playing the stories (no spoiler here only economics) a few thousand credits can sound like alot of money and even a million like a HUGE pile of money. Perhaps they stick to that trend and makes us all happy
