NOTHING OTHER THAN THE CLONE WARS CARTOON AND MOVIES IS CANON. PERIOD.

Stop trying to make murky something they made CRYSTAL CLEAR.
Rebels which is coming this fall is cannon as well. But I agree with your point. Wookiepedia is desperately trying to stay relavent, they need to redo the website and separate out official cannon and legends cannon. Lucasfilm has been very clear on what is official and what is not, there is not debate. Swotor is legends and not official, accept it and move on.

The story is good or it's not. It makes sense or it doesn't.

Ensuring both of those things is the purview of the writers and, if they exist, the keepers of the story. But emphatically not the purview of the fans.
So I'm guessing this is your way of saying "your wrong: cause reasons"?

Because I covered all of this in that post I linked. I think the fact that fans are getting ruffled over this proves my point. I think you'd benefit from taking into account other peoples feelings here before you try and ridicule them.

Again no official statement has been made, this is not wishful thinking on my or Wookieepedia's part, it doesn't make a great deal of difference, but the fact is nothing has been said that states SWTOR is non-canon.

They've already made plans to do just that, and considering that the EU is being know used as a resource (well always used) its more relevant than ever. I mean what do you think authors use when writing these stories? Wookieepedia.

Not even Disney is saying SWTOR isn't canon officially, though a Disney subsidiary publishing company said at most that SWTOR is "hazy". But Disney's official position is beyond the scope of this thread. Bioware may consider suing Wookieepedia being that it is not even an official Star Wars website, where as SWTOR.com is.
The entire post (and the rest of this thread) is hilarious, but this part really takes the cake.

LOL! Dude I already addressed and even quoted you about it. It's in there new policy, which you read.

Wookieepedia deems anything under T-Canon as non-canon. SWTOR is below T-canon and falls under C-Canon because it is a pre-acquisition video game. They even grouped it up with the original Star Wars Marvel comic books (S-Canon). By the way if you notice, they have no category for new and upcoming games like the new Battlefront coming out or future SWTOR expansions, besides "Expanded-canon" which they have already tripped over their own policy by saying none of it is canon because it is below T-Canon.

"All content that was previously considered to be below T-canon is now officially non-canon, unless it is referenced in a new canon work." - http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/WP:CANON

If you're alluding to their new "Expanded-canon" category, they still claim earlier on that anything under T-canon is no longer "canon", which they are now calling "Cinematic Canon" (G-Canon and T-Canon).

I think Bioware needs to speak up, because Wookieepedia went and did something that not even Disney has done. And also, as a fan of SWTOR, I feel like Wookieepedia put its foot in its mouth.

I doubt they even care. I wouldn't if I was them.

"Heddle assumes that the Old Republic era is non-canon, but she notes "that's something we've wondered ourselves" and that "I guess we'll see." She also assumes the MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic is non-canon, but she is uncertain, since the game is still ongoing."

-Lucasfilm senior editor Jennifer Heddle
