Same as GSF will remain purely PVP?

While I am sad there is such a significant delay, I am very much happy that you have decided to do so. Too many times companies (EA/Bioware included... I'm looking at you Mass Effect 3 and that 3/3/13 gimmick) have set a release date then stuck to it come hell or high water... and invariably the players suffer and take it out on developers (rightly so to some extent, but blown out of proportion 9 times out of 10 which then causes even more problems as even after the problems are fixed, the damage has been done and those that refuse to even acknowledge the "fix" continue to rant). I would far rather wait another 3 months for the content to be finished than to have to play another Mass Effect 3 Pre-Extended Cut.

Just realized something I was missing... it may be implied by the legacy wide storage we will get but better asked and know than not asked, hoping and getting disappointed.

Will there be a legacy wide credits option? So I don't have to push credits around?

I hope it doesn't become an obsession.Example: Everquest 2 and housing.Housing and fluff are almost the #1 priority at the expense of fixing game problems.Try to keep things in check because when the decorators get going it will be a storm like you've never seen.

Pushbacks happen and if this one has occured simply to allow them to roll out more features, I'll not mutter.
Very interested to see how this planet conquest develops...
Don't talk to me about heroes...

To conquer a planet, Guilds must complete weekly Conquest events earning points to place at the top of the Guild Leaderboards. Conquering a planet gives the Guild special perks and rewards.
I CAN'T UNDERSCORE ENOUGH HOW BAD OF AN IDEA THIS IS.

I've seen this exact same mechanic in action elsewhere. It kills population and leaves a game with a small, elitist group of completely unsavory people. I have never seen the concept do anything other than this. Ryzom is an excellent example with its guild outpost battles. (Or lack thereof - I think they're down to 1 server and 200-500 players.)

Maybe Bioware can make it work. Stranger things have happened. But if those perks and rewards in any way affect gameplay, I feel comfortable wagering a hefty sum that it'll backfire painfully.

I think you need to roll out that feature only on PvP servers. That's clearly a PvP community wish and they're the best community to test it out. I mean, the other servers are already starting to see steady streams of PvPers coming in from their home servers looking for GSF action, and frankly... it's not always been the best thing for the community at large. (I really don't want to get into it any further than that. I don't think I have to.)

I'd strongly recommend reconsidering this particular facet - or, at least, having the PvPers test it out first to see what kind of effect it'll have on a community overall.

All it takes to make this PvP friendly, is to do it in an OPEN zone with no instancing whatsoever. That way some PvP can happen when running the Weekly quest. (Guilds/group/people preventing other people/group/guilds from doing the quests/capturing a planet for example).

If you are in a PvP server this should NOT bother you, otherwise you should not be playing on said server

Its really going to suck if everything is just instanced and it wont bring any kind of pvp

I'm pretty sure they said it was a Pve thing in a earlier post - before u rain, hell and damnation over this, at least bother to read the questions already asked. A bit of both would be nice tho say the whole thing in one PvP option(kinda gree event style) and another in pure Pve

By the way Eric all is forgiven - for now - this new thing looks great . . .

cheers

Cheers

1) I'm still waiting for some awesome "reward" for those of us who's been here subbed since Day 1, supporting this game. Titles mean nothing nowadays, so why not a nice mount or piece of adaptive legacy gear that won't drop or resemble anything on the Cartel Market after a few months?
2) I would love to see that we could have all our characters in our apartment at the same time, as it's a Legacy, a family tree. Personally, I could care less of having my companions strutting around in my apartments.
