I seem to be locked out of my account.

I sat on hold yesterday for 137 minutes, on an international call and never spoke to another human being, before my phone went dead and I had to give up.

I try again just now and don't even get an option to enter the menus, simply kicked off due to call volume.

I find this level of service totally unsatisfactory, especially for an MMO.

Agreed, support sucks. By the way, you can unlock your own account by using the "forgot my password" option. If you forgot or has problems with the security questions like myself, then you are screwed!

This is the worst/offensive/elitist CS ever! 9/10 times you will be victim of a bot trolling.

This happened to a lot of us during Beta. Myself included.
Here is what I did to fix.
1) Click "My Account" Button
2) At the login screen, scroll down to the Forgot Password link
3) Wait - yes, wait at least one (1) Hour.
4) Check your email, and click on the link in it (confirm password reset)
5) Input new password.
6) login.

The waiting part is what had gotten me. They say "Wait at least 1 hour" but thats all they will tell you...
If this doesnt work, I would suggest you be patient with BW CS...

I tried that, but I never even got an e-mail! I sent the request to reset my password a few times, and still, no e-mail. I am a little frustrated. Well, not a little.
