I know Arkanian and Underworld shells can be crafted. Can Artifact, Black Market and Veripine shells be crafted now?

Did not see that other post about reverse engineering endgame items to posts below mine. It answered my questions. I wanted to be able to craft the Jedi Knight Arkanian and Underworld War leader helmet. Bioware took the ability away to learn the schematic from someone else's crafted end game shell. I am closing my own thread.
