Would we all like more class story? Sure!

Have most of us accepted the design choice they have made at this point and embraced the faction story arcs as the post 50 story content? I believe so... I certainly have.. and most people I talk with in-game do as well. (...)
You do realize that you've admonished him due to the fact he spoke for others, only for you to speak for others as well in the same post?

I do agree with your earlier assessment but saying that people accepted the faction story arcs, when this section of the forum CLEARLY indicates otherwise, every so often, is a huge stretch.

Sure, Tell people not to speak on behalf of others, then do it yourself. So you talked players on the fleet and decided most of us accepted the design choice. Very scientific.

See, here is the problem. I say one thing, you read another.

Please stop putting your own hang ups into the context of my posts.

My last thought from the post you quoted:

Quote:
We can only wait and see now, and see if they wised up and have story quest content now in the pipeline ready to be released at more regular intervals

That's a key phrase there, dude. Its acknowledgement that it takes time to develop content, and yes, there is a degree of waiting. However, the key here is that it is utterly unrealistic, no matter how you try to justify it, to make your player base wait an entire year or more for non-flashpoint/Ops/Daily questing content when the backbone of the game is almost exclusively questing content.

Now, before you start reading too much into things again, let me be crystal clear:

I am not saying that there should be a makeb-style expansion every month, every other month, or even every 6 months - I am being entirely realistic about timelines here. What I am ACTUALLY SAYING is that having some very small quests or questlines put out every other update is ENTIRELY possible to do, and is in fact how a lot of other MMOs do it, particularly those whose main thrust is questing and adventure.

You get a good head of steam, and suddenly even though it takes time to get that first quest out, you have been working on several simultaneously, so after the first one is released, the next one is about ready to go, allowing for a steady stream of small questlines and stories that can be released every 2-3 months to keep the story-based quester folk invested and energized.

To you and people who jump to the same conclusions you do whenever someone brings up story -

STOP JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS THAT WE ARE ASKING FOR THE WORLD.

What we are asking for is not nearly as impossible as you and others make it out to be.

Are you opposed to story content(speaking of the smaller non-expansion content here) being delivered in the form of soloable dailies? Although most daily zones have hardly any story worth speaking of, I thought Oricon was pretty good.

I'll tell you what, then. Why don't you call me some time when you have no class?

This is why I ignore andryah. Just circular logic and hypocrisy.

Hypocrisy is not a mistake. It's a flaw in one's character.
