<PostMortem> Recuitment open for patch 2.7 and beyond

PostMortem is a semi-hardcore guild on the server Jedi Covenant. We consist of a strong and knowledgeable core group of pvp'ers, as well dedicated and experienced pve'ers with history of being in top end game guilds. We strive to improve our performance every day, with this mentality we push each other to be the best and work toward excellence because we are only as strong as our weakest member.
With a competitive edge to all of us, we expect you to be the same. You should be skilled, dedicated, and willing to challenge and better yourself under any circumstances. We're looking for someone who is going to be in it for the long haul,vocal and a player who doesn't have a problem sitting for a ranked match or progression ops. Particularly interested in people who are highly motivated and do not need to be told to do something before acting themselves. We expect you to act accordingly within the guild, majority of us are young adults with good sense of humor, take what we say lightly as we tend to joke around with each other while still showing respect.

Expectations

(Pve) If you are interested in applying to the guild for pve progression you can expect at least 3 nights a week of raiding. Tues/wed/Sun at 8:00pm est -11:30pm est will be pushing progression at a fast rate within the first couple weeks of new content. Once content is on farm will be pulling it back to 1-2 nights a week. Our goal is to have two elite and successful ops groups going 16/8-man, due to this goal were looking for people who can be available on these nights and can put in the effort to be the best on each encounter the game has to offer. Emergency, family matters will come first as we would like to know ahead of time if you can't make it due to any personal issue.
(Pvp) if you are interested in applying to the guild for pvp content, you can expect 2-3 nights of ranked arena, and anytime during the day regular warzone group ques. Our goal for pvp is to be the best and create two competitive teams in que ever Mon/Thur/Fri, at 9pm est - 11:30pm est. Being available frequently is a bonus, as other teams/players maybe qued at different times/days.

(Pve)
-Cleared 5/5 NiM DF in 2 weeks
-Server first Gatecrasher tittle
(Pvp)
-Two groups qued 4v4 ranked during majority of season 2
-Team 1 had an average rating of 1650-1700 rating
-Team 2 had an average rating of 1550-1650 rating
(General Standards)
-A stable high speed internet connection
-Teamspeak3 with a working and clear microphone
-The ability to work well/communicate with others
-Moderately thick skin and a well-developed sense of humor.
(Pve Requirements)
-Must be able to make our raid times/days(with expectations of raiding all three nights for progression).
-Must have raiding experience in the latest content ("At least" full clear HM DP/DF).
-Must prepare yourself before the raid so first pull can start on time. (first pull is at 8:20-8:30pm Est)

(Pvp Requirements)
-Must be able to work well with others and pursue a goal of competitive ranked arena.
-Must be top teir player of you're class or spec(s) and able to hold you're own within a ranked match/regular warzone.
-Must be able to communicate under pressure and play with a group mentality.

(Process)
Ask for Vps or Notaro in game and we can set up a interview/trial for you, during that process we will get to know you as a player/person an ask questions base on what aspect of the game you are applying for. Pve, you will have to support you're interview with a five minute parse. For your pvp trial, you will have to run a handful of regular warzones (win or lose) with us to see how you communicate and play with a team.
