Yesterday I was trying to get into ranked PVP but after 20 mins in queue i gave up. How long queue time should I expect to play ranked PVP ? AlrikFassbauer Posted February 19, 2014 Share Posted February 19, 2014 (edited) It simply means that several PvP players here already told Newbie PvP players (new to ranked, that is) that they shouldn't go to ranked without the appropriate gear, because they have the wrong class, or because they are bad anyway. I dunno about group ranked, I haven't done it since the arena format started. For solo I took a few weeks after season launch to finish improving characters gear for it and never had a single pop (waits up to an hour), so eventually stopped queuing for it. Cordorian Posted February 19, 2014 Share Posted February 19, 2014 Basically ranked is dead on most servers.What you could do if you wanna do ranked of any of the the two varieties, is try to make your servers community make it happen.We have solo ranked popping on saturdays afternoons and for a while had kickball group ranked going on saturday evenings, set up with the help of the community. The exact time depends on your server and time, though. Unfortunnately, things are not likely to get better until Bioware hires someone who is capable of bringing us cross server pvp. TonyDragonflame Posted February 19, 2014 Share Posted February 19, 2014 (edited) 1. factions imbalance 2. class imbalance 3. no real rewards and initiatives 4. no filter with requirement 2018 *bolstered* expertise at least 5. ignore list and kick for bads dont working for wz/arenas 6. bad ranking system - encourage get negative scores and lose base rating, there must be rating from zero and only gain scores for wins and zero for lose but dont lose scores 7.
