If you could relaunch a shutdown title which one would you pick and what would you do differently this time?

j_smedley: SWG. I would do everything differently. SWG PLAYERS - OUR NEXT GAME (not announced yet) IS DEDICATED TO YOU. Once we launch it... you can come home now.

I never personally played the game, but it's still a nice sentiment.
Here's to hoping it'll become a reality in the near future.

I can't imagine it'll be another SW game seeing as EA has the exclusive rights, but maybe a sci-fi game in the same vein as Galaxies (sandbox MMO).
A well-built sniper rifle is a beautiful thing. Ours has two zoom modes, "Up close and personal" and "Hello, you're dead."-Sev

Why would they make a game for a group of fans who by and large abandoned the original game in droves and left it to die a slow death?
I like big referrals and I cannot lie - http://www.swtor.com/r/Sh6HPh

I imagine the comment was mostly aimed at the small, hardcore group that stuck with the game to the very end.

Seems like a fairly narrow target audience.

It's better to start with something than with nothing at all.

SWG without Star Wars probably wouldn't really be much of a SWG.

That said the more MMO's that do well the better for the market.

No, Disney can have anyone do an online SW game. That's why there's a online clone wars game, and the up coming attack squadron.
