My take on some SWTOR class action bar/skill tree icons. I wanted to develop some standalone, clean, vector illustration work (refer to image links for the detailed, larger Flash versions with added sfx) that could be scaled up or down and utilised for whatever I decided upon. In the end I formatted them to fit as square UI-like icons. Images are posted in the order of their completion.
NB for the Jedi & Sith Force users I decided to set a certain colour coded system:
JEDI KNIGHT:
BLUE icon background – Lightsaber strikes & abilities
GREEN icon background – Force powers
YELLOW icon background – Buffs & misc abilities
SITH WARRIOR:
PURPLE icon background – Lightsaber strikes & abilities
RED icon background – Force powers
ORANGE icon background – Buffs & misc abilities
SABER DEFLECTION: Focus your defences and greatly increase the chances to block, parry and deflect back enemy blaster fire for X number of seconds

However, I think I’m more likely to draw up a couple of lightsaber hilt designs or a blaster pistol first now because of my tight schedule. I also see there is a large thread by DeaconX of “Post Your SWTOR Character!” which would be cool to do something for.
