[IMPORTANT] Character Loading Issues

cant log in and when i can it tackes 2-3 min.. and when i i get true
i still gets a error 1003 and the game closes.

Hi there all,

First time post and I thought I would chime in with my situation and how I got it resolved.

About four weeks ago I was playing with my Main. I was at a friend's Stronghold and had launched into a Starfighter PvP session. During the match the server crashed harshly (The Harbinger) and I was forced to exit the game via Task Manager.

Ever since then I was unable to log in with my Main. I could select him at the character screen but I experienced the issues detailed earlier in this thread. (30+ minutes loading, sound effects and part of the GUI showing with black screen, soundtrack looping and eventual crash of the .exe)

Yesterday I decided to bite the bullet (after waiting and seeing if patches would fix the issue) and call customer support. I found the number to dial (I'm from Australia) and I was put directly through to a very helpful staff member who read the details of my previous tickets concerning this issue and right then and there moved my Main to Coruscant. As my first experience of calling customer support this was very pleasing.

I returned back home from and like voila, my Main is back and fully operational.

Well my characters were loading and I was able to play for about 15 minutes at a time then the whole game would freeze and lock everything up, keyboard, mouse, everything. Had an issue before and just installed the game again. Now when loading to the character screen it just goes black. There is sound and nothing freezes but it is just a blank screen. I tried logging back in several times but I get the same thing. Going to try to install again to see if that resolves it. I haven't played since the latest patch so I think you guys may have a dang issue. Obviously I'm not the only one. Get back with us.

i get to log in np on all my 16 toons just get dc after 10 min unplable im hoping we will get some compensation as my 12x xp buff is runing taken 7 relogs just to finish final dialog on balmora on my scundel

Having the same issues described - UI partially loads, black screen, then crash. Character is Asten on Begeren Colony. Please help!

Now the damn thing won't even finish loading the cut scene to play to level 10 while it finishes the download. This game seems to have such great potential but has so many bugs it just seems like it isn't worth playing anymore. Instead of working on an up coming expansion maybe the developers should work on getting the game debugged first.

thought id post this on one of their official posts I also have a thread of my own but since the last update ive been unable to access the server list tried everything added the entire swtor file to exclusions and still cant get access to the server lists

I have Olecranon on Shadowlands from WOOK guild and it's no longer loading after 30min multiple tries. Since I unlocked the Tatooine Stronghold I've ran in those issues. Last shot I was in a Tatooine stronghold of a friend and a Flashpoint popup came up. After the flashpoint BOOM finished no longer able to do anything. Sometimes I get pass the loading screen (20minutes) and then I get a black screen with no sound of graphics. I waited another 30minutes and still nothing.

Olecranon is my main character since the game came out. I have only a imp side which is ok and lvl 10 Sentinel which I don't play. Please fix this up. I can't participate in the Conquest weeks since Friday the 10th of October 2014.

Ticket 14273896 amd 14279542 (Because the first ticket was closed by the protocol droid saying go check the forums!! Come on Olecranon is my only main character if you can't fix him it will take me months to get another character back up to lvl55 with all the right gear....

Ok I tried logging online today and watch the loading screen for about 30 mins. Till i got Pissed. I've read a few of the post and tried the "launcherfixer" solution. Now when I try to start the game I can not even log on at all. Im tempeted to uninstall the whole game and reinstall, but that would take forever. whats the deal?

I am here on behalf of my friend who became preferred player so he can’t write here on these forums but one of his characters is unable to log in.

He is NOT able to log into the game with ONE character:

10-20 min - stuck at 25% of loading screen

No, just character with the name TIXA

Summarization:
Server: The Red Eclipse
Name: Tixa
Location: Nar Shaddaa (Stronghold)

When character was performing a port from Stronghold (Nar Shaddaa) to the personal ship – the loading progress bar stuck at 25% and it has never finished the bar to the end and character has never appeared again. This is happening like 2 weeks already.
