[IMPORTANT] Character Loading Issues

Cannot login to my main and only character on The Ebon Hawk.
Hangs for about a minute then tells me server error.

This is ridiculous, I never had ANY problems till patch 2.9a which made me redownload the whole thing TWICE. Now I cannot play from patch 2.9b?

Needless to say I will NOT be renewing. This has been my most favorite MMO seeing as I never really get into them and now has been a waste of time and money.

I have lost respect for Bioware on this too.

Last night at about 2:00 am server time, I got disconnected from the server while switching between characters in my stronghold. Today when I try and log in, I come to the Galactic Strongholds loading screen and just sit. I have tried multiple times, waited for over a half hour and never progress beyond the loading screen.

UPDATED: I am so impressed!! I called the number under Customer Service, no hours of waiting on hold, I was immediately connected with a Rep, who had me back in the game in under five minutes.

Yeah i cant log in either. im on prophecy of the 5 as well. i played last night just fine. went to work. came home and now i cant even log in. cant even get past the launcher now. i got past it once and the server select screen was empty. got error code 1004 a couple times. so what am i supposed to do now? servers are up, i cant even connect to a server? or launch at all? anyone else having the same problem?

Cant log into my main char.
On The Ebon Hawk
was in Kass city apartment stronghold went to elevator to return to fleet game went to load screen and locked up. restarted game choose char and wont load character load bar stops about 1/5th the way. can log on to all my other characters just fine just that one. Also can load characters on other servers just fine. tired of waiting have open ticket and no response for 2 days.

I just called Customer Service about this issue, it took only 30 minutes (the rep had to ask around) but they were able to just move my character to a different world and that fixed the problem

my jugg got stuck for 3 days,after clicked the RETURN TO SPACE option on my dk stronghold,then stuck in infinite nar shaddaa stronghold loading screen.
this is an issue since 2.9 pts: Players can get stuck in an infinite loading screen if the "Return to Space" option is used when exiting a Stronghold. This option appears if the Player just completed a Warzone or a Galactic Starfighter battle.
hope you can fix this serious bug as soon as possible,reset my character.Thank You.

I have several characters on Harbringer, I could log in this morning but it was slow, now I can not log in at all, it says that the login server is not working.

I am getting the same thing. Its saying the Log in Service is currently unavailable?

I cannot even log in at all!! I'm getting login service is currently unavailable, and to visit forum!! Well?? I'm here and can't find anything about it???

I, too, am unable to log in. I can get to a server screen, but no servers are listed. I have characters on Ebon Hawk and Jedi Covenant. I logged in 8/27/14 but today, 8/28/14 no luck. Spent time with customer support on the phone, followed directions in the first email they sent (to send them logs) and the second email said to go to forums.

Not very helpful customer support.

I uninstalled and am reinstalling at the moment. It's been 3 hours and still not totally reinstalled--the downloads are running extrememly slow. Hope tomorrow's patch fixes this.......
