Phase walk - can sins get just ONE dcd that does what it's supposed to bioware?

-here you see phase walk resetting the ball simply because it timed out, NOT because I used it. I've seen this reported before so I know this has been around for a while.

-here you see four clips where it simply doesn't work. There are no mercs in the area so there's no real reason why this should be happening.

 

As we all know, shroud has RNG fail. So basically none of our defensive cd's are guaranteed to do anything.

 

Not complaining that these abilities need buffs at all, they're perfectly fine when they work. I just want them to work like they're supposed to and not be bugged.

I have never seen that happen before without it obviously bugging from clipping with a root or a stun.

 

What do you mean by clipping with a root or a stun? Phase walk + root = rubberband?

Whatever the case is I'm fairly certain it's not working as intended.

Well if you use it immediately after a jugg or merc pushback then it won't function for example.

 

If you get rooted the second you use your phase walk, you get what you got in the first video. Except that I am unable to explain what exactly happened in your case.

Yeah, I've noticed it fails when you use it either right around the time you're getting knockbacked.

 

I've also had it just flat out fail a number of times. I like setting it up next to the medpac in voidstar when defending. About 10 seconds after planting it, I engage in combat, get stunned and start to drop in health, i use phasewalk and nothing happens. Just goes on cooldown but I don't move an inch. It definitely wasn't a too close to expiration issue, it definitely wasn't a proximity issue since I was near the plant spot and the medpac is prolly about 20m away, and I didn't get knock backed. It was lit up when I activated it, so that wasn't an issue.

 

Every time I use resilience or phasewalk, I just expect it to fail 25% of the time. Just like I expect force leap to leap me short of my expected distance about 40% of the time. I don't play a scouperative so I don't know what the expected percentage failure of their roll is. On pretty much all my chars, I expect to not get the health regen from the in-map medpac about 20% of the time I run thru it. I try to remember to just run on top of it and stand there until I get my health regen.

 

This game is glitchy.

haha man thats bad.

 

So in addition to Force Shroud being broken since 1.4, Overload working when it feels like since 1,8 now phasewalk is playing up. I just love how Biofail NEVER address these issues.

 

They should have fixed shroud in 2.0 but for reasons only known to them, they didn't. Good luck in waiting for a response/fix
