first look I would say the issue is near here - Nashville1.Level3.net [166.90.119.197

Are any of you experiencing the issue where the latency just starts incrementing by 1000ms forever and it never pops up the connection loss dialog box?

Connected via cable

Im getting awful lag spikes at a steady rate. I don't disconnect, but the world will freeze for 1-3 seconds at a time. It's almost constant, no matter what Im doing or where I am.

I have no latency issues in any game but this one, and even this game has only starting giving me trouble very recently. Exactly how many gremlins are running loose in the server room?

You need to get the connection tested, the below loss is on the connection to your house.

1 0ms 0/ 100 = 0% 0/ 100 = 0% 173.0.2.42
2/ 100 = 2% |

1 0ms 0/ 100 = 0% 0/ 100 = 0% 173.0.2.42
1/ 100 = 1% |

The only way is either wait for it to come good or trial a VPN for now to see if it gets around it.

www.wtfast.com and www.reducethelag.com both offer 30 day trials, at worst if they help it gives you 30 days for it to come good.

You mean check the physical connection? Because it appears solid. All the hardware is somewhat new as well.
