Just to verify, you typed the following?

pathping -n 'IP HERE' > C:\pathping.txt

Path Ping:
Spoiler

Trace:
Spoiler

When I'm playing and have PingPlotter running it seems as if my issue revolve around 4.68.127.205

I don't believe this is my hardware or my ISP? I'm not really sure who's issue it is except that I have no control over it.

You are having issues on the Level3 backbone. The same as hundreds of other players.

You can ask your ISP to route you around the hub that is affected, or you can use a proxy connection to bypass it.

Well as far as I'm concerned it is a BIOWARE issue. I cannot control it and my ISP cannot control it. It is affecting Bioware's paying customers. SO... I believe it would be in Bioware's best interest to see that the issue be resolved.

Don't you?

MMOs + Internet = bad at times , someone somewhere playing something will be having issues every second.

If they gave you answers, you wouldn't believe them as they will be saying the usual crap.

GW2 Lag - https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/foru...if-it-s-ENOUGH

STO lag - http://techsupport.perfectworld.com/...ad.php?t=38071

Lol Lag - http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com....php?t=4019752

Wow lag - http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/to...1926104?page=1

What can we do, not a great deal but flag the issues and hope it is sorted quickly before the next trouble area arises, as it will happen. Those that get it constantly, have several choices if it isn't a local issue, swap ISP to get different pathing, stop playing or try a VPNs like battleping, smoothping, wtfast, reducethelag these all exist as they have a market with the MMO world, and there is a reason for that, its called the internet.

Some will yell and scream and wont agree, that's fine, but at the end of the day it is what it boils down to in most cases, not all though and that is why tests need to be run to determine what the cause is, and I pray each time that it is something on the players side as they can do something to fix it.

Ok I am in Kentucky connecting to a west coast server, so I expect a little lag. im also connecting right now through 4g LTE because the cable company in the area blows. starting about a week ago I log in and everything is fine. im averaging about 96-120ms in game which is usual for me on Harbinger. then it will spike up to 2000-3000ms then level out to 699-1074ms avg. web paged load fine...teamspeak runs with no lag or robot voice..just in game sucks. I alt f4 the game and log back in and everything is fine...for awhile then later it happens again.

Those first two are the trace and path when I am at 96ms in game. the next two will been when it goes bat **** crazy. I cant see a different but then again I don't know what I am doing.

Two weeks ago everything was fine. It has progressively gotten worse to the point today where I cannot even stay online through an entire warzone without crashing to server screen...

Since I play primarily to pvp and do warzones, this has made the game useless to me. If it isn't fixed soon then I see no reason to continue my subscription...

Simply you are losing packets on your link to the ISP for some reason

1 0ms 0/ 100 = 0% 0/ 100 = 0% 192.168.0.1
2/ 100 = 2% |
