Today, me and my friend paid for Subscription, but accounts have preferred status. Whats a problem? What we doing wrong?

I have the same problem, and doubt that we're doing anything wrong, I believe this is just another Bioware bug. I've been playing since the early access and I've always payed in time (You can check this information). *** guys? I want my subscriber status back and the compensation for the time I couldn't play because of this bug or whatever it is.

Yup same problem for me. Hope they will fix the problem soon and also give us back the lost subscription days...
