This is the build. I just can't decide on the last points.

Assume I do not have the extra 100 foci from 2/2 reserves.

Standing still for 10 seconds, I regenerate 10 Foci. With the buff from 3 stacks of Lightning Strike active, will Subversion give me 13 Foci, or will it give me 40 Foci?

Since you are a healer, you want to be healing, so Lightning Barrier makes your shields better. You don't have time to cast lightning.

The buff from Subversion WILL NOT regain you the amount of Force spent on keeping it up. It's just an added bonus for Lightning Sorc's because Lightning Strike has other procs for them, so they will be using it quite often. Definitely go with the 20% extra absorb for Static Barrier.
