I put in a ticket to say that I wasn't getting the rewards from the Friend Referral programme and I got this response:


But I didn't ask about Billing, Subscription or Account Security issues! How does the Friend Referral fall under that category?

Please could you reopen my ticket or explain how this auto-response is correct? In the other thread on this in General, other people's tickets are being escalated, so why was mine auto-closed? In my other thread in CS, someone said they were told this was being worked on, so why didn't I get a response saying that?

To be honest, it kind of seems like someone saw the word "subbed" in my ticket and stopped reading. My billing is fine. My subscription is fine. My account security is fine. That's not at all what I reported, so I'd be really grateful if someone could look again please.
