You already advertise it on your site, yet the FAQ and the system itself is not working or broken.

According to my account I brought in 3 friends who subscribed to the game. That was in the early beginning of the game so I never received the Kurtob Alliance.

Now you state that the system is retroactively. My account qualifies to get the first 3 item rewards and 500 cartel coins for each of my 3 friends. (= 1500 cc)

Right now, I haven't received the items nor the Cartel Coins. Can some Dev tell what's going on with that?

go thru the motions of submitting a ticket, but don't expect an immediate response. Just make a Twitter account if you don't have one already & get angry, it's the fastest way to get issue resolution with programs like this attended to by a live person..

I didn't read anything that said it was retro-active. It sounds like you can invite back previous subscribers that quit, but I see nothing about getting credit for previous RAF activity. That would kinda make the new program obsolete.

So if I read this correctly:
It's a tiered rewards system where the 1st reward is the previous speeder, than 2 - 5 are the 4 droids previously available only through other EA games. So in order to get the first droid you have to invite 2 friends and have them subscribe in the small 14 day window? What if you already have the speeder from a previous RAF does your next invite count as the 2nd?
