Game not fully downloaded

I'm having the exact same issue.

I was using the streaming launcher, and playing characters on starting planets while it finished up.

Eventually it was at 99.53% whlie I was playing. It seemed like it was at this point for a while, so I figured I'd log out and see if it downloaded more quickly. When I opened up the launcher there was no progress bar, just the sound effect and I was able to press "play". Upon logging in, some important textures were still missing ...

Aliens such as Trandoshans, Nautolans and Cathar have invisible skin, many player's clothes appear to be bright pink, and all of the elevator buttons in the game on multiple characters are missing, replaced by green glowing domes. You can't click on elevator buttons, so I can't get on the Fleet and proceed with my character.

I have tried all the suggestions in this topic and none of them worked.

The biggest problem seems to be the fact that I can't repair my launcher. The "repair" option is grayed out, and the fixes suggested above don't solve my issue.

Actually saw this post it may force the repair it seems, edit the launcher.settings file

go into launcher settings, and make sure autoenable is set to true, it was set to false.

it will force download of missing files, that allow game to actually launch.

you guys need to hire me, as debugger.

none of your fixes worked

Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately this doesn't work for me either because my settings file doesn't have that option.

The closest thing to "auto enable" I'm seeing is "EnableAutoEnvironment". This is indeed set to false, but setting it to true doesn't change anything.

This is what my settings file looks like:

That's correct I don't have any patch folder when the game is closed.

Seems that if this new streaming function is used , the repair isn't available , that is what I am seeing from others that posted as well. Maybe best to wait till tomorrow and see what CS say.

It's worth noting that upon closer inspection all the green orbs I'm seeing have the words "Missing Granny" written on them. So that's weird.

That is when the texture is missing or corrupted, the ability to run the repair would fix all of this

What happens if you delete the launcher.settings file , can you choose not to use the streaming function ?
