Hi Infonly,

Please try remvoing and re-adding the game and launcher to your firewall and anti-virus exceptions lists, and try again. Is there an error message on the launcher itself?

Error 311 indicates a network issue, and is usually caused by a firewall or antivirus block. It can be something more exotic, but it's worth checking the old reliables first.

Please ensure that the whole game folder and its contents (found by default at C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Bioware\Star Wars - The Old Republic, but in your case are likely to be at D:\Games\Star Wars - The Old Republic) are added as exceptions for your firewall and especially your antivirus.

You can check for other issues by clicking this link: http://cdn-patch.swtor.com/patch/pat...1to64.solidpkg

Does doing that prompt your browser to open or save a downloaded file?

Sorry, It didn't become auto-clickable, that's fixed now. Does it prompt you to open a file? If not, what error message does it give?

Can you change your DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and advise if that IP changes

if it doesn't it maybe worthwhile looking at your hosts file.

Neither can I. Please try flushing your DNS and try to patch again. To do this, enter the following in the command prompt: ipconfig /flush dns
