Swtor players make worse undercuts on GTN than wow players on AH

I hear it's all the rage in certain contracting facilities in Virginia and soon Nevada.

Funny. I worked as a contractor at a facility in Virginia too Chantilly, VA to be exact. Not getting the Nevada reference but this is getting weird

And to play devils advocate .... 100-200k regulators is WAY dickier than undercutting to get GTN farmers to buy your crap fast...

Once they changed things so you could cancel your listings until having to wait until they expired, undercutting was bound to run rampant. In the end, practicing a little patience is more profitable anyway. It's a pain to have to re-list stuff but, if you know what the typical market prices are for an item, you'll get your price eventually. Like others have said, if they list the item at a really low price, then you can make a lot of money buying that stuff and re-selling it. Although, if it is at that low of a price, it's probably because they don't know the usual market prices rather than someone trying to undercut.

That's one of the reasons I liked the deposit fee based on the listing price rather than vendor value. It discouraged cancelling posts.

Several of us have basically set the market standard for the price of this particular item for a few weeks now; suddenly a bunch of people undercut the rest of us by like 75% and for this entire week. Cant wait a few extra hours to sell so they'd rather make as little profit as possible? Never had I encountered such outrageous and baffling undercutting in the 6 or 7 years Ive played wow.
