Your rotation is mostly fine except for Backhand and Sundering Assault. You want to push them back a bit like this:

1.Saber Throw
2.Force Charge
3.Saber Reflect
4.Smash
then
5,Crushing Blow
6.Retaliation
7.Ravage
8.Force Scream
9. Backhand (+Enrage if you haven't used it)
10. Force Push/Vicious Slash (depending on your Rage)
11. Force Choke
12. Vicious Slash/Force Push (use the one you didn't use before)
13. Crushing Blow
14. Retaliation
15. Sundering Assault

You can throw in taunts as well to guarantee control if your DPS players are very good. Best time would be right after Crushing Blow and after Backhand. The goal is to push back your weakest damaging skills as much as possible while still giving you the Rage you need to use your skills and keeping up your active mitigation.

Sundering Assault especially does low damage so I use Enrage over it early on to make sure I can use my big skills. Force Choke does about the same damage in 2 ticks (it actually hits 4 times) as most of your abilities and gives you Rage so it's the best filler you have when it's available.
