PLynkes Posted May 23, 2013 Share Posted May 23, 2013 (edited) According to my Codex, I got "the Merciless" by choosing to kill the Captain on the Black Talon Flashpoint (and I also got "the Stalwart" by choosing not to kill him. I don't know about "The Heartless", I'm afraid, as I don't have that one. Look in your codex and it will tell you. Press L and then click on the Codex tab at the bottom of the screen, and then look for the "Achievement: Titles" section. It tells you how you earned each title you have. Dimdeo Posted May 23, 2013 Share Posted May 23, 2013 (edited) You can get different titles from Class missions, Planetary quests, Flashpoints, Operations, PvP, Space Missions, Alignment, Events and Legacy. "The Heartless" you got from completing the missions Hostage Situation and Hostage Situation Cleanup. "The Merciless" you got from the Black Talon after a Darkside choice i believe.
