I bought my digital copy on 12/4/2011

Received the pre-order code by email. However, I have not received my registration code which will undoubtedly overlap the "grace period" and perhaps keep me from logging in.

Now, my purchase history does not show SWTOR. How is that possible? I have an email receipt and credit card information that EA*Origin.com billed me for the DD edition.

Will I be forced to lose everything?

Please advise.

Where do you check your origin purchase history?

From installed Origin client or www.origin.com webpages?

One place to check is www.origin.com -> customer support -> latest order and purchase information.

Try to search for your order with order number and origin password.

If nothing is found try using your origin account e-mail (one you used to make pre-order) and 5 last numbers of your credit card.

Hopefully this is helpful ... if not ... you need to contact EA/Origin customer support and ask for your product key.

I found mine, but when I clicked show it says:

Server Error
We're very sorry, but we're currently experiencing technical difficulties.
Error: SYS_000001

Origin is a crock pile.

Buy hey at least the product key was in the page before it.
