You get healed and gain affection while choosing the dark side options The interesting thing is. There are currently no healer comps that use Willpower. Most use cunning (exception is Elara Dorne who uses Aim). Its an odd design choice seeing as how there are 3 healers with 3 stats. Merc's use Aim, Op's use Cunning, and Sorc's use Willpower.
